Nick Nowacki, PE, LEED AP
President
Nick is the owner and general manager of reengineered, inc. He is a licensed civil engineer with specialty experience in the design, engineering, and project management of aquatic facilities. He has provided project management and design services for over 200 aquatic projects throughout the U.S. valued at over $60M, ranging from single hotel pools to complex municipal aquatic facilities. He is a registered professional engineer in twenty-five (25) states (and counting) and is a certified Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). He is also a Certified Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
Del Wingerter, CPO
Project Manager
Del has been part of the reengineered, inc. team since 2012. He has a wide background in construction ranging from commercial framing to serving as the Construction Superintendent for projects up to $5M. Del attended Minneapolis Drafting School where he obtained a degree in Architectural Drafting in 1998. In 2007, Del wanted to take a new direction and brought his expertise out into the field as a Job Superintendent, where he worked until joining reengineered, inc. This broad range of experiences on both sides of architectural and engineering construction documents is invaluable in his role as a Project Manager. With reengineered, inc., Del has served as Project Manager on various aquatic projects ranging from $120K – $2.2M. He is also a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
